Delete your account and data
In the app, open Profile, then Your data, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
This permanently deletes your profile, CV, applications, documents, email suggestions and login. It can’t be undone.
Export your data
In the app, open Profile, then Your data, then Export my data (JSON). You get a JSON file with a copy of your data. Export before you delete your account if you want a copy.

Who is Praktify for?
Students looking for an internship in Germany. It brings finding roles, applying and tracking into one place.
Where do the roles come from?
From companies’ career sites and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit. You see open roles at the companies you follow.
How does the fit rating work?
Each role gets a band (Strong, Good or Stretch) with the reasons shown. It is a suggestion, not a probability or a decision, and you still see every role. To object to the ranking records, turn off Profile → Preferences → Improve ranking.
Do the generated documents invent anything?
No. Documents are tailored to the posting using only facts from your profile. Check them before you send anything.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, in Frankfurt. You can export or delete it at any time under Profile → Your data.
How do application emails reach the Inbox?
Connect Gmail under Profile → Email connection. Setup has to be done on a computer. Or skip it and use “Paste an email” in the Inbox.
