How we rank roles for you
We sort open roles at the companies you follow or open from search by how well they match what you told us: your role interests, skills, field of study, your German level compared with what the ad asks for, start date and duration, internship type, whether your internship is mandatory, and preferred locations. Each role gets a band (Strong, Good or Stretch) with the reasons shown. If you ran an AI brief for a role, its band comes from that brief. This is a suggestion, not a prediction and not a decision: you see every role, you can sort by newest, and you can show roles we hid because they clash with your stated requirements. Employers never see your bands. If you open a company without following it, we delete its bands within a day. Following keeps them; unfollowing deletes them at once. To improve ranking we record which roles we showed you and which ones you saved or applied to, with no text from you. We delete these records after 12 months, and you can turn this off under Profile → Preferences → Improve ranking. All of it is in your data export and is deleted with your account.
Your right to object
When ranking is active, we record ranking events on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) by turning off Profile → Preferences → Improve ranking. Turning it off stops the records and deletes the past ones.
Sign in with Google or Apple
